In case you run into trouble with a downloaded video.

Given that there are a ridiculous amount of possible filetypes for music and video out there, those of us who aren't amatuer programmers (You know who you are) may run into a wall trying to use Windows Media Player. Thus, the folks at VideoLan created this free software, the VLC Media Player.

I put the installer up on my MediaFire, so you can download it from here. The interface isn't spectacular, but once you get used to it, you'll have trouble using any other Media Player.

Seriously people... this thing plays almost everything...
